Would you recommend dropping out of an MHA program from a non-target school (1 year in) and just doing well on the GRE to get into a top MBA?

I planned to go to medical school after my undergrad, but ended up cancelling my matriculation due to mental health reasons. Panicked and enrolled in an MHA (it doesn't teach any hard skills). I don't want to be mediocre, and I've been getting rejected by a lot of companies. I'm worried about my future. Recommend dropping?

My firm pays staff & seniors hourly, with 1.5x pay for overtime. Firm just cut our hours from the normal 58-60 down to 40 a week for the foreseeable future. Should I be concerned about layoffs?

I am a Unit Coordinator and I enjoyed what I was doing so much I took the time and spent the money to get certified. I was later told congratulations but my certification wouldn’t come with a pay increase, over the last couple months I spotted a new HUC position for a department I’ve been dying to get into for a while now and recently interviewed for the job. I just wondered what is a reasonable salary request if the question gets risen? I should also mention I have my BA and 1+ experience.

Am I crazy for not using an MBA consultant? My stats are okay and my story is good (3.2 T10 engineering undergrad, 710 gmat, 26yo manager in big4 consulting in a startup tech practice). My almost 3 year old loves his crib. It’s pretty a apparent that it makes him feel safe at night. I stupidly did not buy a crib that coverts to a toddler bed and he has no interest in sleeping in his big boy bed. We also need to potty train him.. I know he will continue to wear a diaper at night but I dont like forcing potty all day then Trapped in a cage at night. Am I over thinking this? Career advice?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.

Any opinions/tips?
