After a discussion with my VP, he will
1. Convert me to a full time employee and absorb me officially into the company,
2. I will enter as backfill to someone else - as Business Process Owner. Predecessor has total of 15+ years exp.
KT has already begun so I already have the role in the bag. But how do I approach the salary discussion considering I am filling a very senior role? Will compensation be matched? Advice please!

How do you get used to someone looking over your shoulder and watch you design? It makes me so nervous

My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.
Anyone experienced this ? Any problem joining while check is processing ?

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Working at a Digital Marketing Agency based out of Cochin with presence in USA & Canada, we cater to clients from India, US, UK, EU.
I'm the main POC for our largest client in India in FMCG, and it's our 4th year without a challenge. I'm one step below CXos of the company and two others are in the same level as me. We have a couple of junior execs. I make 53.8k per month now, I wanted to know if I'm getting underpaid or this is the best salary I can expect elsewhere in the region.

I have an offer of 13 lpa fixed from Concentrix Catalyst (previously pk global), yoe 2.8 years.
Is it a good company to join in terms of wlb, work environment, job security, flexibility, leave policy and internal hikes?

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.
