- Am on bench for the last 1 month in Deloitte
- Have applied in TCS
- Will be completing 5 years in Deloitte in July

Now my doubt is, if I clear TCS and get an offer then I have to resign here.

So will they forcefully release me early?
Because they have 2 big reasons for that, Bench and Gratuity.

Now If I get released early I can't increase my offer and need to Join TCS which I don't want.

What should I do?
