Cardio does help in weight loss, I loss 50 lbs in a little less than 5 months. Walking and eating right!!!

Does anyone with adhd ever feel like they just can’t wake up? I feel so lazy but I want to be so productive. Also, lately when I take my medicine I can’t even focus on work just other things.

I need advice : My Manager wants to Propose to me a new work schedule for shifts where I only work in a fixed day shift , because I argued that Night Shifts gives me health complications as I don’t get enough sleep almost none at all during those weeks with Night shifts. Even though his proposal is attractive in a way I don’t want to throw away the amount of extra income I get from the shift rotation., which I highly need. How do I refuse this offer politely and smartly?

I have adhd and take vyvanse daily. It helps a lot with work but I’m scared of how addictive it can be. Has anyone been through the same?

Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. What are people’s ADHD med schedules like? I’d love to have coverage that lasts all day, but still lets me sleep.

Taking Concerta in the AM doesn’t give me enough coverage for the whole day. I take it the moment my alarm goes off in the morning at (usually) 6am. Which is great for my morning, but by 3pm I’m starting to fray apart, bouncing around between tasks and getting progressively more distractible and demotivated.
