I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Anyone looking to sublease an apartment in downtown Chicago for the month of June ? I have a 1 bedroom in the aqua building(225 n Columbus) corner unit, fully furnished. 850 square feet, with a balcony and amazing views. Steal deal if someone is interested with an option to extend the lease.

Anyone know of a good building for a 1bed/1bath. Need to have parking & a/c. Nice to haves is in-unit laundry, any include utilities, any amenities. Trying to keep it on the cheaper end with a max rent of 1,500, but given our line of work I can bump that up if the place is nice enough to justify the cost. Thanks in advance!
