I’m looking to move to the Portland area. Would love to connect with a head hunter or recruiter. I have 15 yrs experience in advertising and marketing—agency and in-house. CD level for past 5 years. Im currently making 175k base. Is this a reasonable salary at most shops for a CD or Dir. of Marketing role?
