This post is specifically geared towards those of you who have worked in BOTH the corporate and small (startups) company environment.

Here is my situation: I’ve worked in different startups here and there accumulatively 3 years now. While I enjoyed my coworkers and how my employers treat the staff, as well as the wide range projects I get to be involved in, I feel like I’m stuck in a sense that I’m not learning and growing at the speed and depth I would like.
