I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months. I feel like I might be catching my agency at a tough time, but as an employee it doesn’t seem to be trying anything to keep me here besides the occasional ‘motivational’ posts from the administrative team. Nearly for 5 years in Non-IT: I have performed well

2 months in IT: Struggling to swim in this IT service Ocean, especially feeling it difficult due to personal pressures. I feel dumb, passively procrastinating due to the lack of clarity over tasks. Manager/colleagues pose as cooperative yet demanding at the same time.
