Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

I got an offer from Oracle but I already informed the recruiter that I am not going to join and already communicated the same to HR via mail and phone. But I got a call from bluedart that they have shipped the laptop to my address.
Could you please suggest on the same. I don't understand why they have sent laptop even if I will not join and already communicated to them 1 month before joining date. Oracle

As SDE1 rightly said, Azure will definitely add value. Learn AVD/Azure AD/Intune or similar as these are fairly easy to command, and climb up the ladder. Many of my Windows admin friends have done that and doubled their package.

Whatever offer you are getting first take it. You can decide later at the end of notice period. Having a offer at hand adds value when you are getting your next interview call. You can negotiate using this offer and get a better package.

U r actually underpaid even with 30% hike. Go for the offer, give interviews and find better ones during your notice period.
Change is difficult, but not impossible. Being in a comfort zone will halt ur progress.
Candidate like you should get more that 20L, you have most of expect knowledge then people jump for every year for ctc, take Tcs offer and keep trying another offer use this for counter offer
