I am working for 4 years 5.5 ctc in Infy and now finally able to switch to 15 lpa in OFSS. But reading few reviews in ofss I'm feeling sad cz don't want to end up in bad work culture. Only hope for positivity is mainly the pay. In Infy evrything was chill except pay for the yoe. Any advise or views?? is appreciated.
