I am working in Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst. I am working as a Playwright Automation Tester.
I will be completing 30 months in Cognizant in June. But I am not sure that I will be promoted or not due to learning goals non completion. Should I be there still or wait for some more time. As I have experience of 2.5 years. Or I try to switch to another company .Cognizant

I have a confusion to join cognizant,bcoz lot of controversies heard about cognizant,but i have no way,Since i had only one offer letter,also my DOJ is on November first week.Can you guys provide the view on joining to CTS.

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.
