At what point do we think vaccine mandate for entry into restaurants/museums/concerts etc is no longer going to be required in NYC given straight acknowledgment now even in mainstream media that vaccine efficacy drastically drops after 4 months and now that we know it does not stop transmission? Hi, offer coming through from AWS - is there scope for negotiation with them, or is the offer just the offer?

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise
