Later, if you move to a different client in another industry — say electronics — you’ll be required to earn a new badge relevant to that domain before being considered for promotion.
In consulting roles, billing is the top priority, and workforce managers rarely consider employee preferences when assigning projects. At times, accounts even misrepresent the tech stack, claiming to use modern technologies while the client environment still relies on outdated systems. On the positive side, having a JPMC project on your résumé adds significant value and recognition in the market.
In IBM also wlb completely depends upon client.Once you tagged to a project they IBM managers wont bother about you. For them billing is everything.
