I applied for the Senior Software Engineer role at LTIMindtree. iI attended online test two interviews and a final face-to-face HR round on May 26 . After the final round, I followed up with HR and was informed that approval was pending because manager on leave.However, weeks later, I was told that my profile was rejected because I had “moved away from the screen” during the test - a reason that was never mentioned earlier. I didn’t expect this from a reputed company like LTIMindtree.
