I attended the interview process on 13 June 2026 and successfully cleared all technical rounds, including the final technical and HR discussions conducted at the office. I also submitted all the required documents for the offer process.

My application status was initially showing Technical Interview 2 and has since changed to HR. However, I have not yet received any update regarding the offer letter or the next steps.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.
