I been layed off on dec2025 having 4years work exp. I worked as pure operation support ... nothing there. (No tech stacks), Now i started learning Sql,python and power bi. I am so confident about my stuffs. One i started applying and giving interviews can i project myself as data analyst? Transition from operation to data analyst. What should i need to do?? Your advices needed for me. help me guys.... i dont have any ideas. Pls suggest what you can advise me too.. im suffering there is no guide.

Has anyone received equity as contingency comp? I have a potential client with a founders dispute. He doesn’t have cash, and the other founder ripped him off and is now running the company. He wants to sue for equity and wants to pay me with whatever equity he wins. I’ve never done a deal like that. Is that even enforceable? CA law. The startup is actually quite promising.
