I cleared all the interview rounds at Morgan Stanley a week ago. I followed up with the recruiter, and he mentioned that ‘some more days’ are needed for pending approvals. I’ve heard that offer letters are usually rolled out within 2–3 days. Could this be a red flag or is this a normal delay in their process?

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
