"I completed my BCA degree in 2023. I joined ABC Company as a CSA in Aug 2023 and abscond within 10 days. Next, I joined XYZ Company as a CSA on Oct 23, 2023. After 4 months, I abscond from the XYZ company on March 15, 2024. After that, I took a break for four months (March to July). Next, I joined new company and worked as a CSA for nine months. They didn't provide proper relieving documents because I was a temporary employee. Now, I'm unemployed. What should I do? Please help me.
