I don’t know much about the non-profit industry but 18 years of experience and $75,000 salary seems crazy low
Sounds on par for an average nonprofit which isn't in a VHCOL area.
According to ZipRecruiter and Salary.com, your pay seems to be woefully below average, but I think that depends on where you live and IF you negotiated when you were interviewing.
I just got an offer from a non-profit for a EA position. It’s $10-15k below what I want/should be making. I had to negotiate to get the higher end of the wage band. I’m going to take the position. I start on the 25th. However, I’m still interviewing. In fact, I have 2 interviews tomorrow. Realistically, I need a job asap. I won’t be able to stay. I know that already. It’s not personal. I’ll do my best while I’m there. Perhaps you should start looking and see what comes of it.
