I don’t get how people always fly business internationally with their points and ball out on hotels. What’s the best combo on airlines and hotels I should use? I have 200k Amex points, 100k chase points and 100k bilt points. Any sites that help identify flight deals for flying business?

American airlines is so dumb. Was trying to purchase MCE seats for a long-haul. You can’t
purchase it online after check-in. And they can’t uncheck you over the phone. Good thing I fly Delta!

How does one go about complaining about a poor hotel service incident and getting points? In a country where I don’t speak the language so I’d rather not waste time trying to escalate in person
