I knew the tickets would be expensive, was willing to pay $400 to $500 a ticket as long as they were decent. The cheapest ticket in the whole arena, basically top row so you can’t see crap, is $506 before you start with the fees!!! Am I wrong or is that just bananas???? Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

Do AA 500 mile upgrade awards expire? I have used a decent amount of upgrades, but I still have 14 that I have been sitting for a about maybe 6-7 months. I do not see anything about them expiring, but I would not be surprised if they do.
