Platinum amex is worth it of you use all the other benefits. Monthly uber stipend, lounge access, $200 in airliner fee credits, boingo Wi-Fi access etc.
$200 credit applies to seat upgrades, inflight movies & drinks, & wifi
I tried it two years in a row buying directly through delta. This post is great. Reminds me that I have at least a couple gift certificates still lying around!!
I think there is no benefit to corporate platinum.personal platinum is much better since it gives 5x on airfare
D1, technically is 4x points more ( for a total of 5x) only for elegible hotels & flights- which means- options available on Amex travel portal
