I don’t handle stress well and didn’t plan on ending up in a litigation role. I work at a civil litigation firm that handles complex insurance defense/commercial matters. I work under a completely non responsive and insensitive partner leaving me to my own devices to figure out cases. I’ve only been barred a year and a half. This weekend i had my first full blown panic attack. Thoughts on how to shift to a less stressful role with such little experience? I don’t know what to do at this point.
