Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

You're absolutely not just dreaming, career changes at any age are possible, especially with your strong foundation in visual merchandising and email marketing. Digital merchandising and e-commerce value practical experience, and your background in both physical retail and digital marketing gives you a great starting point. While a BA in marketing could help, many people break into e-commerce through certifications (like Google Analytics, Shopify, or Meta Ads) and hands-on experience. Consider leveraging your current skills to transition gradually—perhaps by taking on freelance projects, optimizing a small business's online store, or networking with professionals in the field. You’ve already built valuable expertise, now it’s just about framing it for the next step!
Thank you for your encouraging words. Being in your 40's is weird. You still have 20-30 years in the career world but suddenly feel like a dinosaur when you start looking at job requirements.
I spent most of my career as a CW, ACD, CD. Agency life came to a halt in my 40’s. I found a new creative challenge I enjoy in UX. Then I got my MBA in my 50’s and I also teach college courses too. I’ll let my age stop me when I die.
