Depends on your specific areas of interest but I recommend Google training courses (analytics especially), the Udemy ultimate Google ads training course, HubSpot’s free courses, and MOZ’s training resources if you want to master SEO.
If there’s a hyper-specific skill you want, there will certainly be some kind of paid training that will address it and offer a certificate of some sort. I’ve mostly used cheap or free but well known resources and they’ve been really effective for me.

All of the holding companies have internships, apply to all of them.
Tell them you want to learn, tell them why you want to learn digital marketing.
But before all of that, take some courses as above. Do some research into the specific areas of digital marketing, media buying, performance marketing, analytics, strategy, etc.
The internships are for specific depts so it’s better if you have an idea which part of digital marketing you want to learn.
If you are pursing your MBA, then you should have a good idea about what drives you, what interests you, what gets your brain going, what you naturally like to spend time on and fascinates you. From that you can relate that back to the part of digital marketing you can first learn about and get an internship with
I am self taught too. Start with Udemy courses on Google ads, paid social and SEO (holy trinity). And then use the knowledge from these courses on real businesses. You will learn most by doing it yourself. A good starting point can be businesses within your family or extended family.
Learn Google Ads… you can do it for free on website… for social media go to both Instagram and Facebook website to learn social media advertising….
