I passed the Admin, then later on failed the App Builder by 3 questions. I had similar doubts thinking, “what if my retake is worse? Like, how can I get that close and not pass?”
Tried again 2 days later, and I wish I’d passed by a bigger margin, but I passed that one by 3 questions (6 question swing?). Then passed Advanced Admin by like 12 lol so idk haha but don’t give up!
Saw this exam code for $140 off on LinkedIn: SFCDWSUCCESS14378
Expires 4/30/23 I think.

A pass is a pass, no one cares about the score.
I failed my first time too. Look at the breakdown of how you did in each section, figure out what topic(s) you did the worst in that account for the largest percent of your score and hit that topic hard in focus on force practice exams. I retook 4 days later(are you still able to retest that quickly? Not sure) and passed. You can do it too! :)
I’ll say upfront I’m not sure how helpful this may be but Salesforce has offered what they call “Certification Days” which is a nearly day long webinar where someone walks you through an exam prep straight through. No participant video, no chat, no questions. They talk at you the entire time. Its an odd format but I found them incredibly helpful!
I think with the recent layoffs they’re struggling to staff these. But keep checking here: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/credentials/cert-days/

Focus on Force was my go-to. Lots of good content and the practice tests will explain answers rather than just telling you they’re wrong.
They also seem to have an increasing degree of difficulty. By practice test 5 or 6, those were far more difficult than the actual thing.
Shoot for an 80% or so on those to know you’re ready. Focus in on specific categories you’re weak on and that are weighted higher.
For the test itself, get through the easy questions you know 100%, mark every question you’re slightly unsure about for review. Then, at the end, go back through all your marked questions. You’ll be able to focus more.
