I gave 2 rounds for the data collection operations role at msci .. first when hr called me they said it would be only one round and there would be 2 panelist but one panelist was absent on that day so I had given 2 rounds each panelist taking each round.. from my side the interview went very well when can I expect a response? I gave interview on last Friday and when I called hr today she didn't picked.. also what's the culture here and

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals.
