I know several people in Dallas who have made the switch from restaurant industry to working in customer service for Fidelity. Customer service jobs might be the way to go but AI might be taking a lot of those jobs.

Also look for high net worth families (if you live in a major city) for managers to run their staff. They are big on hospitality.

What about client success or some other business operations role in the food service conglomerate space, like Aramark?
even their corporate kitchens tend to have more family friendly hours

I'm emotionally hit hard from my job, and would like someone to ground me a bit. I joined the new shop last month, with the team who we realized has zero pharma experience. We recently were put on a pitch because our client noticed this. Meanwhile my counterparts of this account has just won more budget, and openly recognized by our client leads.
