I get the growing call for companies like Walmart to be held accountable for taxes, labor practices, and their impact on local economies. But these companies also employ millions and contribute to local communities. Where do you land on this, are they giving back enough or does the system need a reset?

Looking for a new role leading a PM and/or ops team. I'm an agency (media & creative) vet - depth in digital, crm, creative, tech, data, & process dev/deploy.

Have also worked ~4 years transforming / running ops at Kimbery-Clark's Digital COE and ~a year on web & digital projects at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Do IH agencies have substantial PM teams / need for leadsrship? I know many need operations & process enhancement.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

This job doesn’t pay enough to compensate for the years & education wasted here. We’re smart enough to be pilots and medical professionals. Yet we’re tying numbers in a soon to be obsolete industry.
