What would everyone think would be a good salary for a senior manager of digital product and strategy for an established fintech company? Comparably has 179k base as the median. Recruiter mentioned 173 as their all in top.

What are your thoughts on pay discrepancies based on family structure? Ex. Two people do the same job but one is paid more or given a larger bonus “because they have kids and you live alone” or “because their family is struggling”. I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?

CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I’ve done PI work my entire career for over 10 years. I’ve worked in state and federal courts and I’ve traveled around the country doing MDL work and bellwether trials. Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I know I have Impostor Syndrome and depression, and the longer it takes to put a slide together, the harder it is to get it done. It’s like I have a phobia for doing the work, but it’s my job as a consultant 😔 I think I fear getting it wrong, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they have coped? I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
