Did you see what was sent out to USCIS? Ey just asked me to fill some paperwork and they filed without me seeing
No I didn’t. I did have to fill out some paperwork but didn’t get to see what they sent off
Management information systems
Did u manage to get it?
OP, Check the docs section of INSzoom. They upload a scanned copy of the packet they courier to USCIS
EY law will never share the RFE response because the paperwork sent to them has "sensitive firm information". Not clear what they put on that though.
Same like others
Seems like the USCIS is dishing these RFE’s out like hot cakes. I’m feeling so nervous about mine. All we can do is hope and pray that it gets approved. 🙏
If you are in tech, and a degree in tech, you have better chances than other people I would wager.
U can see the package from INZ Room account.
Op what’s your educational background??
I had got similar RFE a few years back. We got a assessment letter from a university professor who provided a multi-page detailed analysis of how my educational background aligns with job description. If it gives you any hope, my case was approved.
This was back in 2015 and I don’t have the letter handy. I remember that there was an agency that has tie ups with bunch of different professors. So you basically submit request with that agency and one of the professors will get assigned to it. Format was like - introduction of prof who bragged about doing this for more than 20 years and few other of his credentials, followed by step by step detailed correlation of classes I took in bachelors and masters with my job duties.
I got an RFE on new H1-b this year. Besides completing that word doc with questions, EY law had me get a letter from the university (I got it from the dean) and from my competency leader (got it from most senior partner in my office), copy of my CPA license and other auditing certificates. H1-B was approved. I do have a US Bachelors and Masters. Be as thorough as you can in your response. There is never too much information.
Can you share a redacted version or a template of partner letter?
I work for EY. Got an RFE. EY LAW had me do some preliminary work and took care of the rest. After 4 weeks my H1 was approved. I know 4 others had the same situation. You should be fine
