I got offer from congnzt .they have given me 60days joining date but my notice period is 90days .I have accepted offer and uploaded documents as well..and sent mail for hr to extend my date to 29may..


They will extend my joining or it will revoke my offer?? I have not resigned yet .pls help...

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
