I got reached out by a recruiter from randstad for account strategist role in google. A role that aligns perfectly for me. He sent me link for preliminary screening, went well. he later asked me to take an assessment and i cleared that as well and thats it.
No reply
No updates
The career page shows “assessment passed“ for last 1 month. The recruiter is not replying to my mails, Linkedin txts.
Im not sure what to do.
Will they even reach out again?
is there any other way to followup?

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
