I got selected at Optum (Coimbatore) for a medical coding position. I cleared the assessment technical and HR rounds, and I also completed my document verification on July 29 2025. It has now been more than a month but I haven’t received any offer letter or joining confirmation. I even tried following up with HR he said iam in dif team , but still no clear update.Has anyone else faced a similar delay after document verification at Optum?
