Conversation Starter
From where/what did you graduate? If college, they should have a career support resource for you. If high school, ping their guidance counselor. Figure out what excites you, learn the essence, and find a local place that might fit. Then go there IN PERSON and ask to speak w/a hiring manager. Present yourself well, give them a clean resume from a crisp folder, and demonstrate why you would be an excellent staff member. Do not beg; be a good listener and polite. Rinse and repeat.
From where did you graduate from? Most colleges have resources available to help you out. And keep an eye out (or search for) recruiting events in your area.
How are you applying for roles? Through a company website or through a job board (like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)? Some of the job postings on LinkedIn will have a recruiter or hiring person listed. Try reaching out to those people when you apply.
