Posted in the U.K. bowl because U.S litigation is a little different. If you are a good lawyer then you need not do the following: deliberately obfuscate facts, heap pressure on unrepresented defendants, behave impolitely to the defendant’s lawyers, and delegating all difficult work to barristers (thus driving up client costs). The law has no place for these people.

My dog is used to grazing his food all day. I never realized it would be a problem until we started visiting my in-laws and he would beg for his food throughout our entire visit. Problem is, they have another dog, so I can’t just keep his bowl down. My MIL advised that he should get two meals a day, no grazing. I’ve cut him off from grazing and serve him his meals at 9:30 am + 5:30 pm. He is obviously hungry because he won’t leave his food mat all night… but this morning he refused to eat! Tips?

Hi, new to this bowl.

Looking for a new role leading a PM and/or ops team. I'm an agency (media & creative) vet - depth in digital, crm, creative, tech, data, & process dev/deploy.

Have also worked ~4 years transforming / running ops at Kimbery-Clark's Digital COE and ~a year on web & digital projects at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Do IH agencies have substantial PM teams / need for leadsrship? I know many need operations & process enhancement.

Any specific roles on anyone's radar?

Thx!

Leaving my (London, big US) firm; HR has sent me various confirmations they are asking me to sign “before my last day”: I haven’t taken any docs, am aware of my regulatory obligations, don’t have any claims against the firm, have returned everything I need to return etc etc etc. This feels like an obvious try-on: the firm isn’t paying me anything to sign, my reg obligations are unaffected by it etc. How do others manage these? Just walk out on last day?

London folk, question for you: do firms and offices in London not recruit candidates directly? What are peoples opinions on work from home? It seems to be an unpopular opinion but as a junior I despise it. I work 3 feet from my bed, I find the barriers of a phone/email between me and a senior to add a huge amount of stress to my life and I think it’s stunting my career development at my firm because I can’t build relationships as effectively. I’ve never at all had mental health issues before but now am really starting to feel burnt out and anxious most of the time. What do you think?
