Is there anything left for you to learn or do there? Maybe somebody else you can move under that is more helpful.
That’s quite sad. I worked and reported to a VP as Director of Projects. He took everything I did, made it his own midway through a huge project, AND; he screwed it up. He then told the CEO I was at fault. Nonetheless, I quit 2 days later, as I had been head hunted by an ISP. I’m so glad I moved on….it would have been too toxic. This person sounds like he is Narcissistic Individual, and trying to control you, or cause you unnecessary stress, and if it were me, I’d start looking at getting another job.
I'd be looking for another job but, there aren't any. If you can find a job then quit. The longer you stay, the more you miss out on the tech that systems are using for PM's. keep up to date with someone at least!
Very insecure Operations Manager who actually thinks you will be better at the job than them.
As a manager I would be using peoples talents to improve my team. That is what looks good on Managers an efficient team and not suppressing people into their own boxes of which level they want them.(very controlling)
It is hard to get a good manager who is not afraid of encouraging their staff to be their very best but I think you should try and find one.
