What’s everyone doing for St Patty’s ?
Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

What is cravath’s business model? What are they so prestigious
There’s a lot on the internet about the Cravath system you can look into. It’s prestigious because the firm has a deep well of large and recognizable public companies as its clients, the firm is top-tier in both litigation and M&A, and the foregoing factors allow it to selectively hire the best talent. In the past 15 years, some of that talent has fled Cravath’s lockstep model for more pay and sway elsewhere. Today, CSM is still up in the top tier but other elite firms have caught up and Cravath’s share of the best clients and attorneys has come back down to earth. It and Wachtell are still often perceived as the top NY firms and a safe option for top flight law students, but the gap between them and the next 5-10 firms has mostly disappeared from a talent, compensation and client perspective.
