I had a meeting today. Supposedly I was target of having classroom management problems. My director said that no one wants to come to my classroom because of the kids. Hitting each other and don’t want to listen. Things happen when I’m not around and when I’m in the room nothing happens. I feel that my assistant brings that vibe around the classroom and being rude to me and being disrespect to me. When I tell her something to do or say something, she raises her voice and wants to do her way.
