My thoughts. Start documenting her ask, agree on due dates, then send in an email to confirm what she asked and when it's due. I know it's extra work but CYA. She'll be more careful with you going forward. Also, get a recurring call with her and her boss...for networking purposes and feedback. This can help you get ahead of her and also help you build a relationship with her boss in case she is seeking to sabotage you behind the scenes. Good luck.

(CONTD) be changed to. Also, look at the dates that duplicate clients submitted registration forms for. If they are only a few days apart and the information was the same as their other submission, remove the duplicate.
If the 2 entries or additional entries the client submitted were submitted several months or years after the original registration form, look at their info, If it’s a duplicate and the information is different- (ex. The income has increased or decreased, or the household has increased or decreased), then change the status of the client and change the reason for their circumstances that best reflects their situation. I did this for 100 ppl and had to make sure I paid close attention fo everything I was doing and had to make sure it recorded all of the changes I made after I made a change.
So, when I met with my Supervisor yesterday regarding this and the report (that turned out to be an extensive report with information organized into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet w/the help of ChatGPT, she said she the report looks like it took me 3 days to do (which it didn't) and she was asked why did the report take 3 days for me to do & did she ask me to do that. Umm wtf? I had to defend myself and tell her "I really, I don't want to give you guys the impression that it took me 3 days because it took me, it definitely did take me more than a few hours, but I definitely don't believe it took me 3 days because I think I didn't really start on it until Monday." Wtf dude. Its time for me to leave this place.
This Supervisor takes off whenever she wants ans is always randomly disappearing whenever something person happens in her life and finding excuses (ex. Needing to attend family renunions during work hours, graduations in lieu of work events, attending birthday parties in lieu of events for work, etc) while im always at work holding the fort down. Wtf dude. How is this okay and how I was questioned about the hard work I did yesterday in my meeting? Ugh!! Ive had it!!
What Deloitte 1 said above, do that. She sounds like the type of “leader“ that change or move the goal post all the time.
I would send an email to her on this last update. That way you have it in writing, she knows that you know what you’re talking about and hopefully she will stop doing that. Good luck with that!

Yes. Exactly. I dont trust her AT ALL. She is a manipulator and a narcissist and only looks out for HERSELF.
I had a meeting with her on Thursday & had to repeatedly advocate for myself & defend myself for 2 ISSUES. The 1st was her telling me how my Director was wondering how long it took me to complete several, SPECIFIC updates that needed to be done on a database we use to keep track of all of our clients. For example, for several clients, she wanted me to go thru each one, look at the dates, staff comments, & use that info to determine what the status of each client should be changed to.
