I had my second round with the global director yesterday. They did not join the interview. When I reached out to the recruiter, they mentioned that they're on leave and get back to me after checking internally.
I stayed on the interview link but nobody joined and I was informed that the interviewer was in a meeting.
Is this common in Genpact ? What should be my next step?
I have sent an email to the recruiter summarizing that no one joined the interview link.

Because most of my work and experience has been in freelance. I’m having a hard time figuring out what my work experience translates to in a Salary position.
