Totally agree! I had to delete instagram because its nothing but advertisements & mostly for trash products anyway (whether clothes or home improvement items etc etc).
At least we’re not in the early 2000s where your coworkers could nominate you for What Not To Wear 😂 The current environment is still nicer than having each of your items roasted and discarded on National TV

Hard that, but you need to change your algorithm then to what makes you happy. Unfollow these influencers find content like gardening, books, history, travel etc. that you want to see and doesn’t make you feel inferior. Up to you to change the content you want to see.
From my experience no matter the topic, its all advertising.
Usually when I see these videos, I check the comments and half are saying they liked the “before”/“bad” outfit better. Wear what you enjoy and are most comfortable in!
