Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

Yeah it’s what I’ve been struggling with. I recently turned down an opportunity with TCS for around 125k (currently at 95TC, but hoping March puts me at or above 100). But have been told by people within EY and PwC with my experience I could be anywhere from 125-145…it’s very tempting, but the WLB is currently holding me back. Far from being over stretched, tons of flexibility and great manager. Hard to beat that.. but definitely going to think hard about transitioning in a year or so
Both are not a good brand to hold at 7,8,9,10 years. Go for walmart. Benefits are good. Variable rollout is close to 100%.
Staff engineer is IN5
SAP and Walmart are not well known for technology in the market. 789 is a crucial time and last time perhaps which one could invest to learn new technologies. It will set a base for an architect, principal engineer.
If someone has those skills then good otherwise they should go to a proper tech driven company.
Just my point of view.
SAP : 31 LPA fixed + 4L Variable
Walmart : 31 LPA fixed + 7.5LPA Variable + 1.5 RSU PA
Sap is indeed not the same company it used to be. The tech stack is outdated .
Even if you work with Open source tech like Java you will be using proprietary frameworks which no one else uses outside.
OP Walmart seems better to me , but it all depends on nature of work .

Staff engineer would be equivalent to Development Architect in SAP and thi role can get higher salary from 30L to 50L for typical experience of 15 years of more
