I have 5 offers from MNCs and 2 months of Notice period left. Want to understand, is it doable to learn other technology and switch into that technology and if it requires more time which Technology should I learn Data science or Devops. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Does anyone work in an area with lots of exterior environmental noise (traffic, concerts, trains, etc.) and have tips for not becoming overwhelmed and/or distracted by it? I’m finding that environmental noise has increased near my office now that tourism has picked back up in my city, and I’m struggling to block it out. I’ve tried earplugs but the noises tend to vibrate my office building so the earplugs don’t work well as an entire block.
