I have 13 yoe. I have offer which is 33 LPA. My current CTC is 26 LPA. DI is trying to retain me with 31 LPA. Will it be good to get retained?

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Hey fishes. Just got a mail from Deloitte that the lease for my Laptop has expired and I have to visit the nearest Deloitte office to replace it. My base location is in Gurgaon but my nearest office is in Kolkata and currently I am at my home. Can I get it replaced from Kolkata office? And what is the general time frame for replacement. Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
