I have 2 offers in hand, one from cognizant and another from EPAM in life science domain. Both offeres 25 LPA+ package and Senior level positions. EPAM offering some more perks and Inhand part. But came across some negative feedback for EPAM, so want more details here so it'll easy for me to decide best one

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
