I have 3.8 years of experience —
3.4 years in my first company,
40 days in my second,
and 2 months in my current role.
I’m not enjoying my current job as it’s remote, with information gaps, language barriers, low visibility, and limited learning.
Since I left my prevs company after just 40 days, I’m worried that another quick move might affect my resume. From an HR perspective, do you think ? it’s safer if I stay at least 6–9 mon here, ideally closer to a year, before switching?

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.
