I have 4.7YOE with below offers
HCL - 17.9 Fix + 1.1 variable (E2 Band, Technical Lead)
Globant - 20.6 fix (Senior Software Engineer)
Presidio solutions - 20fix + some benefits (Senior Engineer)

Tech - .Net, Azure, Angular, React, SQL server.

I have doubts like HCL hiring for bench, How many days will be safe on bench, How is resource management team, How's job security. Do I need to give client interviews?

Presidio has good ambition box reviews globant has negative reviews.

For many projects in hCl there will be no client interviews.. so they will hire you and place u on project directly..

Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release.
