I have 6+ years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA and I’m evaluating two offers. Would love to get opinions from the community.

1. PWC India – 18 LPA fixed + 1.5 L joining bonus
2. Airbus India – 18 LPA fixed + 3 LPA variable (around 50% paid monthly over 11 months and the remaining in the last month), no joining bonus

Which offer seems better in the long run, considering stability, growth, and actual in-hand salary? Any insights would be helpful.

Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?
