I have 8.5 years of IT experience. I joined accenture in Mar 2019, where I left abruptly after just 20 days without serving the notice period. Accenture sent a termination letter demanding payment and citing “absence without intimation.” I haven’t disclosed Accenture in my BGV with subsequent 3 employers. Now, I’m considering paying to get the relieving letter, but I’m concerned about the reason for termination in relieving letter affecting my future BGV. Should i get my relieving letter?Accenture @
